As part of preparations for SOLUTRANS 2021, the Show’s owner, the FFC (the French bodywork federation), conducted a survey among exhibitors in order to better understand their current situation and their short- and medium-term prospects.  In this article, the FFC provides a summary of the analysis of the initial results.

Two key points are already emerging from the exhibitors' responses: they indicate both considerable adaptability and a clear, dynamic vision of the future.

Conducted in December 2020 among exhibitors at the show, suppliers of sustainable solutions for road and urban transport, and stakeholders in the transport and logistics sector, the survey covered four main themes:

  • How should we approach 2021, the year of market recovery?
  • What should be proposed in response to the transformation of the sector and in particular the challenges of energy transition?
  • How do exhibitors plan to position themselves at the SOLUTRANS Show?
  • What key messages do exhibitors intend to convey to SOLUTRANS 2021 visitors in November?

The future for industrial and urban vehicles is bright. Let’s remain optimistic and dare to invest in the future (Caroline Lepretre, Product Manager, AFHYMAT)
