Evolving training and employment for the truck industry

Thursday, November 19th: 2.30-3.30 PM (TV stage)

While there is talk of driverless trucks in the future, the training on offer has never been better in the truck industry. Besides trade, vehicles have evolved through efficient technologies (embedded computing and on board electronic tools) also causing changes in the industry’s trade profile.

In recent years, trucks have evolved without the social aspect being considered in this new world of work. The tools are new, not the coaching. During this conference we will examine these social aspects, the evolution of road driving professionals and other topics in the truck industry. Trainers, employee representatives and carriers will speak and offer their solutions to better define the profession and its businesses.
