The show takes place at the Eurexpo exhibition centre, in Lyon - France.
The show will welcome you from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM from tuesday to friday and from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM on Saturday.
You can get to the show by car, by train, by plane or by using public transport.
The Eurexpo exhibition centre is equipped to accommodate disabled visitors and offers many free care services.
Yes, the Eurexpo exhibition centre has several car parks for visitors and exhibitors.
All non-European foreign citizens entering and staying on French territory, even for professional reasons, must be in possession of a valid entry and short-stay visa. This can be procured by applying to the French consular authority directly from your country of residence, before travelling. You may need to provide a file containing documentation around your stay in France, plans for accomodation and your reasons for travelling.
To apply for a visa*, you must complete your file by supplying an SOLUTRANS official invitation letter to the French consular authority of your country. To obtain this invitation letter, just fill the form you'll find it in your exhibitors' area or at the end of the visitor badge request form online.
- If you are a visitor: go to the visitor badge request platform and ask for your badge and fill in the form to be able to get your invitation letter.
- If you are an exhibitor: go to your exhibitor area and fill the form in the Dashboard > Ask for a visa section to obtain your invitation letter.
* For a visit to SOLUTRANS exhibition, only a short-stay visa (shorter than 90 days) will be granted.
2. About your participation
The SOLUTRANS 2019 participation form is electronic.
None, except that by completing the electronic participation form, you do not need to fill it in by hand. The fields in your form are automatically filled in based on the answers that you provided on the online platform. Once your file is complete, you have to print it out to attach your signatures and your company stamp, then send it by mail. To avoid oversights and improve readability, we strongly recommend you to use this medium.
Once your online participation file completed and validated, you will receive a summary by e-mail.
To log into your personal area, which allows you to prepare at best your participation in SOLUTRANS, you will have to enter your login (e-mail used for your registration) and your password (sent by e-mail by our Customer Relations department).
Your login is the e-mail address of your stand manager.
If you lost your password, enter your login and click on "Password forgotten". A new password will be automatically sent to you by e-mail, to the stand manager's email.
The entire communication tool offer and the official catalogue registration will be available soon in your exhibitor area.

3. About your visit
No, you can also get your visitor badge directly at the entrances to the show.
However, to avoid the lines, we recommend you to ask for your badge online from May 2019.
SOLUTRANS entrance is free.
All visitor badges are electronic, so you will receive your badge by email.
If you need an invitation letter for your visa, go to the visitor badge request platform starting May 2018 and fill the form in the Your details step to obtain your invitation letter.
Yes, but as a professional show, there is no equipment dedicated to children.
No, animals are not allowed at the show, except dogs for blind people.
You can park a camper van here during exhibition opening hours, but unfortunately you cannot stay later than this, or overnight.
