What are the dates of the show? Fermer

The show will welcome you every day from 9:00 am till 6:00 pm.

How can I get my visa? Fermer

All non-European foreign citizens entering and staying on French territory, even for professional reasons, must be in possession of a valid entry and short-stay visa. This can be procured by applying to the French consular authority directly from your country of residence, before travelling. You may need to provide a file containing documentation around your stay in France, plans for accomodation and your reasons for travelling.

To apply for a visa*, you must complete your file by supplying an SOLUTRANS official invitation letter to the French consular authority of your country. To obtain this invitation letter, just fill the form you'll find it in your exhibitors' area or at the end of the visitor badge request form online.

- If you are a visitor: go to  the visitor badge request platform and ask for your badge and fill in the form to be able to get your invitation letter.

- If you are an exhibitor: go to   your exhibitor area and fill the form in the Dashboard > Ask for a visa section to obtain your invitation letter.

* For a visit to SOLUTRANS exhibition, only a short-stay visa (shorter than 90 days) will be granted.

2. About your participation

How can I get the participation file? Fermer

Our online booking plateform is available here. Feel free to contact our sales team contact our sales team if you have any questions.

What is the difference between paper and electronic application form? Fermer

None, except that by completing the electronic participation form, you do not need to fill it in by hand. The fields in your form are automatically filled in based on the answers that you provided on the online platform. Once your file is complete, you must print it out to attach your signatures and your company stamp, then send it by mail. To avoid oversights and improve readability, we urge you to use this medium.

How to be sure that my electronic registration is validated? Fermer

When you will have completed and validated your online participation file, you will receive a summary by e-mail.

How to obtain an estimate for my participation? Fermer

How to access your exhibitor area Fermer

Your exhibitor area, which allows you to prepare at best your participation in SOLUTRANS, is available by clicking here

To log in to your personal area, you have to enter your login (e-mail used for your registration) and your password (sent by e-mail by our Customer Relations department).

I lost/forgot my login/password of the exhibitors' area... Fermer

Your login is the e-mail address of your stand manager.

If you lost your password, enter your login and click on "Password forgotten". A new password will be automatically sent to you by e-mail, to the stand manager's email.

How to promote my participation to SOLUTRANS? Fermer

The whole communication tools offer and the official catalogue registration will be available in your exhibitors’ area during May 2017. 

When will I be able to order the services related to my stand (exhibitors' badge, technical services, decoration,...)? Fermer

3. About your visit

Do I need to book my visitor badge before the show? Fermer

No, you can also get your visitor badge directly at the entrances to the show.

However, we recommend you book it online from May 2017 on our online platform.

How much is the visitor badge? Fermer

SOLUTRANS entrance is free.

I did not receive my visitor badge... Fermer

All visitor badges are electronic, so you will receive your badge by email.

How can I obtain my invitation letter for my visa? Fermer

If you need an invitation letter for your visa, go to the visitor badge request platform starting May 2017 and fill the form in the Your details step to obtain your invitation letter.

Can I come to the show with children? Fermer

Yes, but as a professional show, there is no equipment dedicated to children.

Can I come with my dog to the show? Fermer

No, animals are not allowed at the show, except dogs for blind people.

Can I park my camper van or caravan in any of the exhibition centre car parks? Fermer

You can park a camper van here during exhibition opening hours, but unfortunately you cannot stay later than this, or overnight.

Where can I find the catalogue for the show? Fermer

You can find it at the entrances to the show.

Can I still order the 2015 catalogue? Fermer

Yes, you can order your 2015 official catalogue, by contacting our Customer Relations Officer: [email protected].

Can I eat at the show? Fermer

Yes, you'll find a lot of catering points at the show.
