What is the exhibitor area?
Log into your exhibitor area to find all the information useful for your event participation. You can access it from the device of your choice: computer, phone, or tablet. It will help you prepare for your event attendance.
To get started
You received a confirmation email when you registered as an exhibitor. It contains the link to your exhibitor area, as well as a username and password. This space is personal and secure, and is entirely dedicated to you. So you can now log in and view your first available documents, then follow the guide!

Register the people who will be at your stand
You probably won’t be alone at your company’s stand throughout the trade show. From your exhibitor area, you can register your team members or partners who will be presenting with you. Badges will be created automatically, you just have to download and send them to the right people (and print them if you want!). This step is essential. Without it, your co-exhibitors will not have access to the show!
Invite your customers, prospective clients and partners
The exhibitor area allows you to generate invitations to people of your choice.
Everything is digital: you can invite your contacts in just a few clicks and they’ll receive the invitation directly by email.
